As a small boutique multi-family residential building, we knew it was important that we position The Oscar as a tailor made, sophisticated, carefully crafted property. We began by creating a website, alongside the management of their social media channels. This includes, photography, videography and cross platform marketing. We have garnered new followers, leads, and new tenants, leading The Oscar to have an enticing, sustainable brand image and reputation.
